Practice Lab is an exciting new addition to Chunky Move’s annual program, offering participants a rare opportunity to engage in the practice and choreographic methodologies of Chunky Move Artistic Director, Antony Hamilton.
Antony’s broad experience as a dancer and choreographer has roots in classical ballet, post-modern contemporary dance, and global street dance originating from North America. He was appointed Chunky Move Artistic Director in 2019 and has since premiered critically lauded new works including 2019’s epic Token Armies and most recently 4/4 which will tour to six European venues in Nov/Dec 2024.
