Secondments

Secondments are professional development placements for pre-professional dancers and choreographers or recent graduates from tertiary institutions or full time dance schools.

Secondments involve participation and observation for one week during a creative development period with Chunky Move Artistic Director Antony Hamilton, including company morning class alongside professional dancers who are engaged by the company.  Secondments are voluntary positions and participants will be asked to enter a Secondment Agreement in advance their placement to ensure the participants understand the expectations of the company and to set a time for a pre-placement induction.

Secondment placements are available when the company is undertaking the development of major new works but these dates and times vary from year to year.
