Our Over 50s Series are designed for people aged 50-plus who want to dance within a social, supportive and welcoming environment. Classes are taught with a go-at-your-own-pace attitude and are designed for the mature-bodied dancer. So if you’ve never danced before or haven’t danced in years – these classes are for you! Contemporary dance encourages increased flexibility, balance and fitness, as well as improving memory through movement and choreography, but most importantly it’s a whole lot of fun.
