Chunky Move is seeking an outstanding Executive Director to lead the organisation’s strategy, sustainability and operations in partnership with the Artistic Director and Board. This is a senior leadership role responsible for governance, financial stewardship, organisational performance and external partnerships, ensuring the company’s ambitious artistic vision is supported by strong systems, resources and culture. The Executive Director will lead strategic planning, oversee a $2M+ organisation, manage a diverse team, and drive a diversified revenue base across government, philanthropy, partnerships and earned income. They will play a key role in strengthening relationships with government, funders, industry and partners, and in positioning Chunky Move as one of Australia’s leading contemporary dance companies. Lead Creative Producer
Chunky Move | Melbourne

Chunky Move is seeking a highly experienced Lead Creative Producer to drive the development, delivery and resourcing of the company’s artistic program. Working closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Director, the Lead Creative Producer translates artistic vision into high-quality, financially viable productions, partnerships and touring outcomes. The role leads major works, international engagement, co-productions and investment strategies, and plays a central role in building partnerships, securing project funding and driving the company’s market presence. The Lead Creative Producer manages senior producing staff, oversees major project budgets, and cultivates relationships with presenters, festivals, funders, philanthropists and partners locally and internationally. We are seeking a strategic, highly organised and relationship-driven producer with a strong track record in major performing arts projects, partnerships, touring and stakeholder negotiation.
