Secondary School Easter Intensive

We’re excited to present our inaugural Easter Intensive open to all young people aged 14 to 18. This is a great opportunity to discover contemporary dance and its practices while having fun!

Over three days, some of Australia’s best industry professionals Stephanie Lake, Benjamin Hancock, Adam Wheeler and Company Dancer Niharika Senapati will lead a series of classes, workshops and activities designed to stimulate creativity, exploration and personal development in a fun and collaborative environment.

Participants will learn about concepts of technique development, improvisation, choreography and get a rare insight into Chunky Move – Victoria’s flagship contemporary dance company.

Join other younger dancers from around Victoria and experience dance in a new way, don’t miss out!

Dates: 6, 7 & 8 April 2016 – 10am to 4pm
Program: Stephanie Lake on Wed 6, Niharika Senapati on Thu 7, Benjamin Hancock on Fri 8 and Adam Wheeler for the full intensive
Venue: Chunky Move Studios. 111 Sturt St, Southbank VIC.
Price: $190 for three days or $75 per day.
