Complete Beginner Series – SOLD OUT
We’re starting a new course next month for complete beginners with teacher James Shannon.
If you’ve never stepped in a studio before, haven’t danced for years, or are simply curious to try something new and fun, this program is for you.
Contemporary dance is energetic and varied, so it’s perfect for fitness, toning and strengthening muscles. But above all, classes are fun, so even if you think you’ve got two left feet, it’s a great place to start.
Each class will start with a gentle warm-up and gradually build to simple and energetic dance moves – the perfect fitness boost before summer.
So bring a friend (or two), lose the socks and join the fun.

Time: 6:30 – 8pm @ Chunky Move Studios, Southbank
What to wear: non-restrictive track style pants or tight leggings, t-shirt or sports top.
